Our Team

We are united by a shared commitment to feminist multicultural, trauma-informed care that honors each client’s lived experience within their broader cultural and social context. Our practice provides trauma treatment in Salt Lake City, Utah and virtual therapy across Utah using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, ART, somatic therapy, and DBT-informed care.

Each clinician brings their own style and specialties, including anxiety and depression treatment, adolescent and young adult mental health, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, religious trauma and faith deconstruction, eating disorder and body image treatment, addiction recovery, and therapy for outdoor professionals navigating trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions.

This allows clients to receive consistent, compassionate care while finding a therapist whose approach best fits their needs and goals.

Java, Therapy Dog

The sweetest and cuddliest therapy companion is at your service! Java is a 3 year-old rescue mutt who attends as many therapy sessions as she can.

Java is meant to enhance and improve client experiences during the therapy process. She can be used as a grounding tool for emotional regulation practice or a healthy distraction after a long week. Did we mention she has velvety soft ears?

If you get the opportunity to meet Java, make sure you are ready to hand out some belly rubs.
